The Anaheim Ducks announced today that the National Hockey League (NHL) club will open its 2017 Training Camp with 62 players on Friday, Sept. 15 at THE RINKS – Anaheim ICE. Anaheim’s 62-man camp roster (attached) features 37 forwards, 19 defensemen and six goaltenders.
As previously announced, Training Camp will feature three groups of players participating in on-ice practices from 9 a.m.-noon on both the NHL and Olympic rinks from Sept. 15-17.
On Saturday, Sept. 16, the Ducks will be celebrating the return of Ducks hockey with interactive games (outside on the plaza) and prizes (including a jersey giveaway and tickets to opening night), along with appearances from the Anaheim Ducks Street Team and Power Players. It will also be the first chance for fans to purchase the new adidas Authentic Ducks Jersey – both home and road (at Anaheim ICE only this weekend).
On Monday, Sept. 18, the Ducks’ annual Training Camp scrimmage will take place at 10 a.m. Training Camp practices and Monday’s scrimmage at Anaheim ICE will be open to the public and free of charge. THE RINKS – Anaheim ICE is located at 300 West Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim, Calif., 92805. Parking is available in two separate structures adjacent to the facility.
