The San Diego Gulls fell to the Tucson Roadrunners in overtime tonight at Pechanga Arena San Diego, 2-1.
Calle Clang made some more unbelievable saves in net. The goaltender stopped 26-of-28 shots, playing a pivotal role in the Gulls still walking away with a point tonight.
After a scoreless first period, Ryan Carpenter opened the game up, finding the back of the net off a pass from Justin Bailey. Carpenter has found 3-2=5 points in his past four games and now totals 12-18=30 points this season. Bailey logged his 12th assist which brings him to 17-12=29 points.
