The credit card provided during your 2024-25 membership renewal will be automatically charged on the designated dates of your selected payment plan. To opt-out of your 2025-2026 Gulls Elite Membership Auto-Renewal, fill out and submit this form before the renewal period beginning on January 6, 2025 and ending on January 31, 2025. Your opt-out preference must be submitted and received before 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2025. Email, text, and phone messages will not be accepted for opt-out purposes.
