Opt-Out of Automatic Renewal for the 2026-2027 hockey season:
- Complete and submit the form below to opt-out of the automatic renewal provisions for the 2026-2027 hockey season
- Auto-renewal opt out forms must be submitted before 11:59 p.m. PDT on Friday, March 20th, 2026
- Please be advised that refunds will not be issued for payments made towards your 2026-27 Gulls Elite Membership
- To discuss changes to your payment plan or membership, please contact your account representative.
- Members who opt-out of automatic renewal WILL NOT be eligible for the 10th Anniversary Renewal Sweepstake Prizes
- Members who opt-out of their 2026-2027 membership must complete a new purchase agreement upon renewal of their Gulls Elite membership
- Members who renew their membership before the start of the 2026-27 season will keep their Gulls Elite loyalty tenure priority and renewal pricing.
