Get Your Tickets On Your Mobile Device

 

Please see the instructions below to access your tickets for the 2021-22 San Diego Gulls season: 

  • Download the AXS Tickets app in the app store on your mobile device or visit AXS.com.

  • Under the sign-in page, select the Create Account tab. This will prompt you to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address and password.

    • Please use the same email address associated with your Gulls ticketing account. If you are unsure of which email this is, contact your Account Representative.

    • If you want to change or update your email, contact your Account Representative.

  • A verification email will be sent to the email you provided.

  • After clicking the verification link, you will now have access to your Gulls tickets through your mobile device or at AXS.com.

  • Once in the AXS app, select the Ticket icon on the bottom of your screen. This will show all your tickets for the season, as well as any additional tickets either purchased or transferred.

    • This also allows you to forward, sell and access your seats on game nights.


 

AXS MOBILE ID FAQs

WHAT IS AXS MOBILE ID?

AXS Mobile Delivery is digital tickets that you use with your mobile phone. Like e-tickets from an airline or move theater, they make getting into events easier than ever.

ARE E-TICKETS DIFFERENT FROM AXS MOBILE ID?

Yes. E-tickets can be shown on your phone to enter an event and can also be printed at home. Unlike E-tickets, AXS Mobile ID tickets are digital and can be used with the AXS app and cannot be printed. AXS Mobile ID tickets have a QR code that changes every 60 seconds, so taking a screenshot or printing hard copy tickets will not allow you to enter the game.

HOW DO I TRANSFER TICKETS TO SOMEONE ELSE?

You can transfer tickets in the AXS app or on AXS.com.

Select the game you would like to send tickets for and click the transfer button. Next, select the specific seats and type in the first name, last name, and email of the recipient. You have the option to add a note for the recipient. Once you confirm the transfer, your recipient will receive an email with instructions on accessing their tickets. They will now see their tickets in the AXS app on their mobile device or in their ticekting account at AXS.com.

WHAT IF I TRANSFER TICKETS TO THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?

Tickets transferrd to an incorrect or misspelled email address will still exist in your AXS account with the ability to be recalled. Tickets transferred to an existing email address would need to be transferred back to you by the recipient to be redeemed in your AXS account again.

HOW DO I SELL TICKETS FOR GAMES I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?

You can sell tickets in the AXS mobile app or AXS.com.

Select the game that you would like to post and click the sell button. Next, select your seats and set your ticket price and listing options. Here you can decide when the listing will expire and other important details. Next you will be prompted to choose a credit card that you would like funds to be deposited into. Lastly, review the listing and confirm.

WHAT IF I CAN'T FIND MY TICKETS IN MY AXS ACCOUNT?

If you are unable to see your tickets, first please confirm that you have signed into the correct AXS account using the email address associated with your Gulls membership. Next, confirm that you are selecting the correct corresponding game date and opponent. Lastly, make sure that the tickets haven't been transferred to another account already for that game.

Once you complete this checklist and are still unable to view your tickets, please contact your Account Representative for further assistance.

WHAT IF MY PHONE BATTERY DIES BEFORE I CAN ENTER THE ARENA?

If your mobile phone loses charge prior to entering the event, please go to the box office located outside the North entrance of the arena for assistance. Alternatively, you can access your tickets from a different phone by using the AXS app and logging into your personal account without the need for transferring tickets.

WHAT IF I'M ENTERING THE GAME WITH A GROUP?

If you're attending with a group, make sure that everyone enters the arena together. The group leader can open all the tickets in their AXS mobile app and scan group members in one at a time. If some of the group is arriving separately, tickets can be sent to other members of the party using the AXS app's transfer capabilities.

CAN I PRINT MY AXS MOBILE ID TICKETS FROM HOME AND USE A PAPER COPY?

No!

 

Unlike e-tickets, AXS Mobile ID tickets are digital and cannot be printed for venue entry. These tickets have a QR code that changes every 60 seconds, so taking a screenshot or printing a hard copy will not allow you to enter the arena.

HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKETS AND GET INTO THE ARENA?

When you arrive on game day, open the AXS app on your mobile phone and click the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen. Once your confirm your game date, a QR code will appear on screen. Simply show your mobile device to an arena attendant to be scanned into the game.
