Angela founded Fit City Adventures to cultivate and inspire meaningful human connections through active team building and showcase the city in a fun, fit way to corporate groups. She believes that living an active lifestyle is the key to long-term health & wellness and passionate about creating unique experiences while giving back to the community. Now in 50+ markets, Fit City offers 100+ options from fitness classes and mediations to beach Olympics and ebike tours. Angela has 20 years of experience in health marketing and events with large companies like CVS Health, Google, Kaiser Permanente, and the American Heart Association.  She loves doing all of the outdoor activities like pickleball and hiking with her Bernedoodle, Penny. She’s an active member of the Society for Incentive Travel, Meeting Planners International, The Junior League of San Diego, Love on a Leash and the Entrepreneur’s Association.

Lauren Wilcox

Lauren Wilcox is the co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of PARKIT, a brand built on one simple belief: the moments that matter most in life happen outside. What started as a chair has become a platform for presence, creating exceptional outdoor seating that inspires exploration, builds community, and redefines comfort in the moments that matter most.

Lauren is deeply passionate about designing products that make it easier for people to truly be there, whether that’s parents on the sidelines watching their child score their first goal, friends gathered around a campfire, or fans showing up for the teams and people they love. PARKIT’s products are intentionally designed to be durable, portable, and beautifully built to live at the center of meaningful outdoor experiences and to stand the test of time, creating products for generations, not seasons.

As a woman entrepreneur in the sports and outdoor industry, Lauren brings a founder’s perspective on building purpose-driven products, scaling a consumer brand, and creating space for women leaders in traditionally male-dominated industries. Her background in sports shaped her belief that gender is not limiting and that the disciplines learned on the field, like optimism, grit, and relentless work ethic, translate directly to leadership, entrepreneurship, & winning in business.

She lives in Oceanside with her husband/business partner and son, where the sidelines, beaches, and open spaces continue to inspire her work.

An entrepreneur with experience at Gatorade, Nike and other leading sports brands, Kari brings Fortune 50 marketing expertise and firsthand insight as a former college athlete and coach. She’s partnered with top NCAA programs to drive record-breaking attendance and develop strategies that grow fandom and generate revenue. Today, Kari and Women’s Sports Xcelerator are leading  the way in the new era of women’s sports focused on growth, visibility, and long-term success.

Krystal Gillis is the Founder & CEO of Tighties, a movement-technology company challenging traditional pain, pricing and injury prevention methods through wearable products that train the body to move better through alignment and muscle activation. Built from firsthand experience and a team of experts, Tighties was designed as a system that supports strength, stability, and longevity—without restricting motion.

Since launching, Tighties has gained rapid traction across sports including pickleball, hockey, running and endurance athletics, secured FSA/HSA reimbursement, and built a fast-growing, highly engaged customer base. Krystal leads the company across product innovation, IP, manufacturing, and strategic partnerships, and is passionate about building high-impact businesses at the intersection of sport, health, longevity and human performance.
