The Anaheim Ducks today announced that the National Hockey League (NHL) club will host its annual prospect Development Camp at Great Park Ice & FivePoint Arena in Irvine, Calif. from Wednesday, July 12 through Saturday, July 16.

Please note, the majority of the camp consists of off-ice workouts and activities (no traditional practices or scrimmages on the ice). Seven of Anaheim’s eight selections from the 2022 NHL Draft will participate in the camp, including defenseman Pavel Mintyukov (10th overall), center Nathan Gaucher (22nd overall), defenseman Noah Warren (second round, 42nd overall), defenseman Tristan Luneau (second round, 53rd overall), center Ben King (fourth round, 107th overall), left wing Connor Hvidston (fifth round, 139th overall) and right wing Michael Callow (fifth round, 154th overall). Four Ducks first-rounds selections will participate in Development Camp, including Mintyukov, Gaucher, Jacob Perreault (27th overall in 2020) and Brayden Tracey (29th overall in 2019).

All Ducks prospects at camp will receive a personally tailored nutritional recommendation and be tested for strength thresholds, range of movement and aerobic capacity. Away from the rink, players will have opportunities to attend an Angels game, take a cooking workshop, receive leadership training and participate in their first community event in support of the Anaheim Ducks Foundation (details will be announced later this week).

Media interested in attending Development Camp should contact a member of the Ducks communications staff on a day-by-day basis.
