Gulls Shutout by Silver Knights

The San Diego Gulls were shutout by the Henderson Silver Knights in the final game of their three-game series today at Lee’s Family Forum, 1-0. 

Despite putting 32 shots on the net, San Diego could not find an opening. This marks the teams third time being shutout this season.  

Calle Clang returned to the net, once again allowing only one goal. The goaltender has only allowed four total goals in his past four starts.  

San Diego went 4-for-4 on the penalty kill, marking another perfect kill on the season.  

The Gulls will next play the Calgary Wranglers in a two-game series at Scotiabank Saddledome starting on Friday Dec. 19 and continuing Sunday Dec. 21.
